Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, refunds and returns are not available. If there is a problem with the freshness of your order, please reach out to us by phone at 903.373.1072 or by email at info@thehomesweetshome.com. We want everyone to enjoy our fudge, and we will work with you to rectify any problems.

Please note: Humidity plays a big part in the firmness of fudge. Shipped fudge may arrive softer than expected, but will firm up again after being indoors. Fudge will stay fresh for roughly one month at room temperature, do not refrigerate fudge. Fresh fudge can be frozen for up to one year to be enjoyed at a later time.
